NCERT answers it: Class 10 India and the Contemporary World – II, Ch 3 (The Making of a Global World); Class 12 Contemporary World Politics, Ch 4 (International Organisations).
The one fact NCERT doesn't give: The IBRD works alongside other institutions (the rest of the World Bank Group, governments, other lenders). It does not work single-handedly.
Class 10 India and the Contemporary World II, ch 3, says it was set up to finance post-war reconstruction (III). Class 12 Contemporary World Politics, ch 4, says it lends to member countries (I). Answer (c).
