Last updated 13 October 2026. The short version: your mentor sees your data, nobody else does, and you can have it deleted by asking.
- What we collect
- Your name and email when you sign up (Google or email); your mobile number and preparation profile if you join a paid plan; the study logs, syllabus ticks, test scores and answers you choose to record or submit; and, if you book a call, the booking details you enter.
- Why
- To run your mentorship: plan your week, evaluate your answers, schedule and remind you about sessions, and show you your own progress. We also use overall, non-identifying site statistics (Google Analytics) to see which pages help aspirants.
- Who sees it
- Your mentor. Nobody else — no sales team, no partners. Your answers are never published without your written consent. Your name appears on The Climb board only as you choose it (or as an anonymous peak).
- Where it lives
- On Wix (hosting and database), Razorpay and Wix (payments), Google (Meet, Calendar, sign-in), and Resend (email delivery). We never see or store card details — payment happens on the gateway’s own secure window.
- Emails
- Transactional emails (receipts, bookings, session notes, reminders) are part of the service. Study follow-ups can be stopped from any email’s unsubscribe link.
- Your rights
- Ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account at minimalistias@gmail.com; we act within 7 days. Deleting your account removes your profile, logs and submitted answers.
- Cookies
- A session cookie keeps you signed in; Google Analytics sets its own. No advertising cookies.
