Who we are: Minimalist IAS is a one-mentor UPSC Civil Services mentorship, operating at minimalistias.com. Contact: minimalistias@gmail.com.
What you buy: A mentorship plan (Momentum, Ascent or Summit) or a single paid session. Each plan page and the page “Exactly what you’re paying for” state what is included; that description is the agreement. Free resources (Daily Brief, PYQ Vault, tests, NCERT Foundations, Readiness Check) are free for every member and may change over time.
Payment: Prices are in Indian rupees and include all charges; there are no hidden fees. Payment is taken through a secure payment gateway (Razorpay or Wix — UPI, cards, netbanking, EMI where available); card details never reach us. Momentum is month to month — stop any time and nothing more is charged; Ascent and Summit are one payment and do not renew.
Refunds: A full refund within 7 days of purchase if a paid plan isn’t right for you — email minimalistias@gmail.com from the address you signed up with. See the refund policy for details.
Sessions: Weekly one-to-ones are scheduled between you and your mentor and held on Google Meet. Reschedule at least 6 hours before. A session missed without notice is not carried over; one rescheduled in time is.
Your work and our material: Answers you submit remain yours; we evaluate them and never publish them without your written consent. Our material (briefs, explanations, tests) is for your personal preparation and may not be resold or redistributed.
Honesty: We do not guarantee selection — nobody honestly can. We commit to the time, the evaluation and the plan described on each plan page, and on Summit to continued support until you clear it, at no extra cost.
Changes: If these terms change, the current version is always at this address; a change never reduces what a plan you already paid for includes.
