Neither statement is correct. The National Career Service (NCS) belongs to the Ministry of Labour and Employment, not the Department of Personnel and Training, and it is an employment-service platform for all job seekers, not a scheme aimed at uneducated youth.
- ✗ 1. NCS is a project of the Ministry of Labour and Employment, run through its Directorate General of Employment. It does not belong to the Department of Personnel and Training.
