NCERT answers it: Class 11 India: Physical Environment, Ch 2 (Structure and Physiography); Class 7 Exploring Society: India and Beyond (Part 1), Ch 1 (Geographical Diversity of India).

The one fact NCERT doesn't give: Barren Island has erupted again since 1991, for example in 2005 and 2017, so it has not been inactive since then.

Class 11 India: Physical Environment, ch 2, calls it India's only active volcano (statement 1). Answer (a).

Class 11 India: Physical Environment, ch 2: part of the Peninsula's western coast is submerged beneath the sea (1), and it has residual mountains such as the Veliconda and Mahendragiri hills (2). Its river valleys are shallow with low gradients (3 false). Answer (b).
