NCERT answers it: Class 8 Curiosity, Ch 13 (Our Home: Earth, a Unique Life Sustaining Planet).
The one fact NCERT doesn't give: Developed countries' climate-finance goal was $100 billion a year by 2020 — not $1000 billion.
Class 8 Curiosity, ch 13: the Paris Agreement set a goal to limit global warming to below 1.5 °C — statement 2. With the fact, 3 is false. Only option (b) has 2 without 3. Answer (b).
