The one fact NCERT doesn't give: The Siddhas (Sittars) of Tamil Nadu worshipped one formless God and rejected idol worship.

Class 12 Themes in Indian History, Part II, Theme 6, gives you statement 2 (the Lingayats questioned rebirth and rejected caste). Answer (c).
