DHRUV64, developed by C-DAC and launched in December 2025, is India's first homegrown 1.0 GHz, 64-bit dual-core microprocessor. It is the third chip fabricated under the Digital India RISC-V (DIR-V) Programme, after THEJAS32 and THEJAS64. Both statements are correct.
